    • Wrote Autro's requirements in full — its domain model, lifecycle state machines and business rules — then rebuilt the system end to end with React, TypeScript, tRPC, Drizzle and MariaDB.
    • Designed the operation engine for multi-container, multi-party shipments, with automatic net profit, margin and profit-per-ton calculations and EUR/USD conversion stored per record.
    • Built one-click generation for 13 trade document types, per-container invoicing and payment tracking, and role-based access with a full audit trail.
    • Built v1 with a team of five using Flutter and Laravel, connected to the WhatsApp Business API.
    • The system replaced spreadsheets and has run in production for over a year at a Spanish exporter of recycled polymers: 64 trade operations with counterparties in 8 countries, in euros and dollars. Export document prep went from hours to minutes.

    • Founded Bulbul, a multi-tenant store platform for Arabic-speaking merchants, built for Arabic from the start, with right-to-left support throughout and ordering through WhatsApp.
    • Owns the product end to end: market research, positioning, features, user stories and pricing, plus the merchant dashboard and the storefront customers actually shop in.
    • Live with more than 40 stores. 69 tables, an order lifecycle of nine states, roles and custom domains per store, and product entry assisted by AI.
    • Leads the build and writes most of the code himself.
